Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds & Shipping Policy

Boozify.ph does not accept Returns and Refunds unless the products (goods) that
was delivered to you has defects or damages. We only accept unopened goods /
products with manufacturer defect or damages.


Please note that normal wear and tear of boxes, seals, canisters and others are not accepted for return and refund.


Promo and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Upon delivery and receipt of items, please check items that was delivered to you. If notice proof of damage or defects on delivered products, please notify within 24 hours upon receipt and return to Boozify.ph.

 

Please provide us the following information for report purposes

(i) proof of damage and defect (picture) ;

(ii) description of the issue or complaint;

(iii) proof of purchase and payment.


Incase failure to report within the mentioned timeframe, returns and refund will not be accepted. Upon receiving the report and items, we will notify you within 2-3 days if your request was eligible for return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The products must also be in the original
packaging.

Process of Refund

If products returned are eligible or products are not available we will process refund ( For GCASH and Bank Transfer). For cash payments and credit cards, we do not do refunds. You will receive store credit in the amount of the payment which you can use on the website for any future purchase and should be used within two (2) months upon approval of store credits.
