These Terms and Conditions governed by your relationship with the Boozify.ph website and
Social Media platforms.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before availing any of our services and products. By accessing or using the Services such as our website and social media platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and condition.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Boozify.ph, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, address, contact number and other pertinent information related to your orders. If payment option chosen was Pay Via Credit Card, credit card number and other information
will be needed. You certify that: you have the legal right to use any credit card or any other payment methods in
connection with you purchase. You also certify that all the information you supply to us is true and correct.
Through the information given, you allow us to provide the information to third parties for
purposes of facilitating the completion of your purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the price of the product, error in your order or other reasons. In the event that the item(s) purchased is unavailable for any reason, a replacement item will be suggested by our customer service representative. In the case that there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly. If credit card was used and the price of the replacement item is greater than the original item, the difference must be paid for in cash prior to receiving the order. In the case that the price of the replacement item is less than the original
item, store credit will be applied. No cash refund will be given. If a replacement is not suitable, then the price of the unavailable item/s will be applied as store credit with a two (2) month expiration date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal
transaction is detected.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

Upon creation of an account with us, provided information must be accurate and complete;
failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions, which may result to immediate
termination of your account with Boozify.ph.

Please notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use
of your account.

The features, functionality and content are exclusive property of Boozify.ph (HubAvenue Trading) which is protected by copyright, trademark, and laws of Republic of the Philippines and other countries. Our content, trademark should not be used without our approval and consent.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All sales made on our portal, website and sales agent are considered sold and final. All items for delivery are carefully inspected and packed in good condition. We strongly suggest that customer inspect items received from our rider; once accepted and received the sale is considered sold. NO SHOW CHARGE

​

No Show Charge are processed when there is no one to receive the orders upon delivery of your items. Our Delivery team will wait for you for 15 minutes and our customer service team will contact you for update regarding delivery. If in case our team cannot contact you we have the right to cancel your orders and charge Php 250 for a no show fee. If items will be re-requested for re-deliver we will charge corresponding Delivery Fee for your orders.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy including some information, prices, product images, availability and specifications. We reserve the right to update information, and correct

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Condition at any time.  Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
